Since the early 1980s, the Seevilla has also invited non-hotel guests to enjoy culinary delights from the à la carte menu on the lake terrace, in the restaurant and in the Brahms Café. Ladies who breakfast, hikers looking to refuel, or guests who want to enjoy the view across the lake and a set menu – there are culinary options at all times of day at the Seevilla, even if there is not enough time to spend the night at this special location.
Head chef Roland Wechselberger has been in charge of the culinary range since 2014. Under his kitchen leadership, the Seevilla has already been rated and awarded two ‘forks’ in the Falstaff restaurant guide.
